And the word goes out
So as Brian pointed out, we told my sister last night at her birthday party. And then we were so excited that we went ahead and told my family. And I'm planning on telling my best friend Maria today at lunch. Oh, its so exciting! My parents are going to be Oma and Opa, German for Grandma and Grandpa. Brian's parents will be Grammy and Pawpa. My sisters will be aunts and my brother will be an uncle!

CONGRATULATIONS!!!! I am so happy for both of you, and for myself! I will be an aunt, finally. What a blessing a child is to a family, even before you see that cute little bundle he or she brings so much love and so many challlenges your way. Parenting will be the toughtest job you'll ever love and at the same time feel totally unqualified to perform. But, don't worry, God bestowed upon you this blessing and He will be the one to help you through every trial that comes your way. Be prepared to love this little one even more than you ever imagined. God bless all three of you (of course, assuming you aren't carrying twins)!
